CARROT CAKE
Ingredients:
* 1 cup powdered sugar
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 2 large eggs, at room temperature
* Milk 2 tablespoons
* 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
* 1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
* 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 1 cup grated carrots
Method :
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Prepare the baking pans.
3. Beat the sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs and milk in mixer until it is a light yellow.
4. In a separate bowl sift together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt.
5. Slowly add in the dry ingredients to the above wet ingredients.Mix until just combined.
6. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Allow the cakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
8. Cover the cake with ur favorite frosting ...
