MUSHROOM EGG DOSA



For dosa 

Dosa batter - As required
Oil / Gee

For Egg 

Eggs - 2
Onion -1 medium chopped
Green chilly- 1-2 chopped finely 
Mushrooms - 2-3 chopped finely
Garlic powder - 1 tsp (or chopped garlic)
Coriander leaf chopped (optional)
Salt -To taste 
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp or as per taste 
Oil - 1tsp



Method: 

Heat oil in kadai ...
Add chopped opinions saute for a minute ......


Add ,greenchillies saute until onion slightly translucent ........


Add chopped mushrooms
Now add the salt and pepper powder ...Cook well ....


Add garlic powder or chopped garlic 



Remove from flame and let it come to room temperature .......


Beat the eggs well ........Add the onion mushroom .......Mix together ..........




Heat dosa tawa .......


Pour a ladleful of dosa batter and spread thin as usual ........


Now pour a ladle of the prepared egg mix over the dosa .....



Sprinkle some oil /gee ....Cook in medium flame .......add freshly crushed pepper over it. 


Flip and turn over and cook other side too if necessary .......
