PISTA ELACHI CAKE



INGREDIENTS

maidha flour - 1 cup
Powdered sugar -1/2 cup
Oil/butter -1/2 cup
Egg-2
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Salt a pinch ( if the butter is salted avoid extra salt)
Pista elachi drink concentrate - 1 tsp
Powdered pista and elachi - 2 table spoon
Milk - less than 1/2 cup



METHOD

- mix the backing powder and salt with flour

- sieve the flour 3 times

- pre heat the oven in 180 degree for 10 min

- grease the baking tray with oil and dust with flour and knock down the excess flour

- beat the egg till fluffy

- add oil or butter and beat well 

- add the powdered sugar continue mixing

- add the pista elachi powder and drink liquid



- now slowly add the flour and turn the batter 

- mix gently 

- the consistency should be like a idli batter

- pour the batter into the greased baking pan

- tap to release the air

- after pre heating bake the cake in 170 degree for 25-30 min 

- cut in slices and serve the cake
