HOME MADE RASGULLAS
Milk 1lit
Vinegar 4 table spoons
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Boil milk, gradually add vinegar spoon by spoon till all the water gets separated from the solid milk, now drain in a soup strainer and place it in a white cloth and squeeze excess water. Now make it a smooth paste by pressing. Make small balls and keep aside.
Now prepare the sugar syrup. Put 1 cup sugar and add 1 cup water after the sugar dissolves add 1 tea spoon milk it will remove the dust in the sugar syrup. The milk and the dust will spread a layer over the syrup now carefully remove it with a spoon. Now allow the sugar syrup to boil. now add the balls and take it out from the flame. Keep the Yummy homemade rasgullas in refrigerator and serve.
